穆斯菲爾德酒店 (Hotel am Moosfeld)

床很小，很短

第一次給我一樓房間對著停車場入口，酒店房間有點歷史，比較陳舊

非常好的酒店，房間雖然有點老舊，但是不妨礙乾淨整潔，酒店早飯也很好，豐富多彩的口味。

房間很好，很乾凈，前台服務很熱情，早點也很豐盛。

A great hotel with clean, spacious rooms. It has a wonderful indoor pool with murals on the walls. Friendly, welcoming staff. Near the metro station to get into central Munich easily.

Hear me out: this hotel has THE BEST - meaning most professional - service I have ever encountered in any hotel - and I say it from my experience from staying at 4-5 stars hotels as a general rule. Regarding service: - ALWAYS replying to every email (unfortunately letters sometimes land in a spam folder, a little flaw) - 24/7 there’s always someone at the reception ready to assist (mind it’s not a branded hotel, but a family-owned business), making sure that there aren’t any unsolved problems or unsatisfied needs - all website-provided informations are up to date - there’s a shuttle bus from a train station for guests (till 5pm) - staff is perfectly trained and experienced. There’s never any personal attitude, just a smile and clear communication. Of course speaking well English. - Bonus: I arrived quite before check-in hours and checked out a bit late too; didn’t have to say a word and no word was said (or called). Even got an advise how to efficiently manage my luggage for my next 訂房網站. Location: a bit far from train & metro stations. Amenities: a very big swimming pool! And a sauna, and a gym. Downside is that those amenities are in a neighbouring building, so if you’re still wearing your swimming suit, you need to walk on a pedestrian path for two minutes like this. It feels weird. But there are lockets, showers and fresh towels too, if you prefer to change your clothes first. Concluding: best combination of price, location, fun, and quality.

Ich war mit meinem Sohn für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr gut. Es gibt 3 Aufzüge, ein Restaurant, ein großer Frühstückraum, Fitnessbereich und ein Pool. Den Pool haben wir gerne besucht und hatten ihn eine Stunde für uns alleine. Das Personal ist an der Rezeption, im Frühstücksraum und in Restaurant super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Große Auswahl zum Frühstück und köstlich war es auch. Die Auswahl an Speisen im Restaurant war für mich zu wenig, dafür gab es eine Kinderspeisekarte und das Essen schmeckte uns sehr gut. Die Portionen sind rieseg. Poolbereich ist natürlich super. Alles war gut außer die Lage hatte nicht viel zu bieten und die anderen Gäste waren etwas seltsam. Manche saßen draußen neben dem Hotel auf dem Boden und tranken Alkohol. Ein Kind rannte meinem Sohn wütend hinterher um ihn vom Hotel und dort spielenden Kindern zu vertreiben. Wir blieben daraufhin den Rest des Abends auf unserem Zimmer. Ansonsten war das Zimmer schön, auch wenn nicht so modern aber dafür sauber, das Bett schön weich und ruhig. Super fand ich die Spielecke neben dem Restaurant. Sowas habe ich in einem Hotel noch nie gesehen, finde das aber super. Danke an das Personal und die Zimmermädchen, ihr macht eine sehr gute Arbeit.

War alles super

收拾得比較乾淨，還幫你把衣服疊起來，就是被子有點短，外國人不是挺高的嗎？我166才覺得還可以，還有一個1米✖️1米的枕頭，不明白為什麼這麼大。房間兩個床，佈局還算比較合理，即便房裡小，但是位置也夠用，中間的空位置攤開放3個行李箱都可以。熱水很大，挺舒服，來得快！衞生間鏡子有點高，我衹能看到我的頭🥲。周邊環境很不錯，空氣清新。另外有免費桑拿，不過我有點不好意思就沒去。
